Problem
Lately, every time we try to use the front right burner on our stovetop, it is getting way too hot, so we have to stop and switch burners. It's been happening so much that we have stopped using it all together.
What I did
- I looked over a few different posts, in my searches I found that the majority of them say to swap the burner switch.
What the range is doing
The burner is getting red hot and staying red hot, the other burners turn off more frequently.
What the range should be doing
The burner should cycle like the rest of the burners.
Question
What would cause the burner to stay on at all times? Can anyone confirm it is the burner switch?
Type: Range
